Milwaukee City Center

The City Center is a carefully restored historic building that is leading the commercial office space industry. The 100+ year old City Center at 735 has maintained all of its historic elements. Designed by Daniel Burnham, a Chicago Architect and his firm began construction on the building in 1912 and finished in 1914, as the Headquarters for First National Bank of Wisconsin.

All of the original elements and character have been carefully maintained, including a complete, historic restoration of the cornice in 2010. The City Center at 735 is Milwaukee’s premier destination for companies. Not only is the City Center inviting, but it has a very unique collaborative atmosphere, right off Water Street and Wisconsin Avenue. founded by the Noel family, the office space is a privately held, Wisconsin-based company the develops, manages, and invests in commercial properties.

In 2018, Balestrieri was hired with our known positive and trusting reputation to complete the project within the demands of the schedule given. The job took a big crew, endless hours, and all work was to met OSHA requirements for tenants to work in a safe environment. Balestrieri removed all the industrial Coatings Impacted with Lead for a safe working environment.

Balestrieri was on the upper most floors, floors 15 & 16, not only was it a beautiful City Center to work in, but the 15 & 16th floors had a panoramic view that was phenomenal and we are very thankful to have works with such a breathtaking sights of the city below us.
