Lincoln High School
Nestled on 19 acres in the city of Manitowoc, unique for its gothic style exterior, Lincoln High school was built and completed in 1923, making it at the time the largest standing school in Wisconsin. Since then several major additions have been completed to meet the growing needs of the community nd to accommodate all students who attend.
Faced with a tight summer schedule, Balestrieri crews were given the task of completing multiple abatement projects throughout the school in various locations along with erecting numerous containments while other renovation projects were being completed alongside with other trades.
Through flexible scheduling and coordinating, Balestrieri’s skilled crews completed various projects throughout working simultaneously with other trades onsite. Project management and field staff communicated with general contractors and owners of ongoing progress allowing future scheduling requests to be met and exceeded in a timely manner.
