Field Manager: Ty Garlock
Lauderdale Lakes Country Club is a picturesque 9-hole golf course located just north of Elkhorn, WI. The golf course has been operating since 1921, where many local families have been golfing for decades. Lauderdale Lakes Country Club holds valuable history that represents the community around it. One section of the clubhouse dates back to the early 1920s! The clubhouse has served as a hot spot for people to socialize and play golf with friends and family. The golf course, which has continued growth in popularity, has outgrown the existing building. A new clubhouse is in the works and looking to open in summer of 2025.
Balestrieri was hired to conduct a thorough inspection of the clubhouse, assess its structural integrity, and identify any potential hazards. The inspection did not find any hazards or concerns. Following the results of the inspection, Balestrieri was tasked with carrying out the complete demolition of the entire clubhouse, including dismantling all interior and exterior structures, in preparation for future redevelopment.
Balestrieri Environmental and Development, Inc. is thrilled to be a part of the redevelopment of the clubhouse at Lauderdale Lakes Country Club. Many of Balestrieri’s employees are locals who frequently golf at the course and enjoy the community that country club has developed.
