The Conservatory is the oldest and largest non-profit independent school of music in Wisconsin. In honor of its 100^th anniversary, the building was completely renovated to bring it up to date and make it more accessible to the public while also maintaining the historic and symbolic value to the city.

To meet the goals of the Conservatory, Balestrieri provided our industry leading services and aided in the renovation of the existing mansion to preserve the historic integrity for years to come.
