128th Refueling Wing

Address: 1919 East Grange Avenue, Milwaukee, WI

Project Manager: Rich Heyer

Field Manager: Hector Jaramillo

The 128th Air Refueling Wing serves as a unit of the Wisconsin Air National Guard. It has been located at the General Mitchell Air National Guard Base since 1943. In efforts to continue pursuing their courageous missions and forging a path for future generations, the Refueling Wing is undergoing updates and renovations. Before the area undergoes renovation, Balestrieri must remove the asbestos-containing floor tile and mastic.

This project was performed on the base of the Wisconsin Air National Guard. Balestrieri’s crew had to be prepared to work through high levels of security and follow strict protocols. Luckily, our team holds experience working on secure properties for the Federal government as well as other wings for the Wisconsin Air National Guard. Balestrieri is made up of highly skilled professionals that work well under pressure. We thrive in organized situations and are quick to adapt to the ever changing characteristics of each job. Balestrieri Environmental & Development is honored to be a part in preserving the historical 128th Air Refueling Wing.
