In this role, she leads internal and external communications through customer relationship management and public relations, while also managing advertising, content development, and digital media strategies. Her responsibilities span tradeshow coordination, sponsorships, social media management, and creative direction across the company’s marketing efforts. Currently completing her degree in Graphic Design, Tatum brings a fresh perspective to Balestrieri’s branding and visual communications. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Small Business Entrepreneurship and a Digital Marketing Certificate from Gateway Technical College, equipping her with a strong foundation in both creative and strategic marketing. This position has given Tatum the opportunity to grow within a dynamic team, where she continues to expand her skill set and contribute to Balestrieri’s evolving marketing and public relations initiatives.
