Mike Kapitan is a Project Manager/ Estimator at Balestrieri, dedicated to delivering the highest quality service in the industry. In his role, Mike manages construction workforce operations, ensuring quality and flexibility while keeping workers engaged and satisfied. He is responsible for designing project plans, estimating costs, and coordinating with various teams to ensure project success. Mike holds several certifications and licenses, including AGC Leadership Training, Asbestos Supervisor, Inspector, and Project Designer credentials, as well as licenses in Illinois and Wisconsin. His comprehensive training and certifications enhance his expertise and effectiveness in managing complex projects.

When he’s not working, Mike enjoys boating, skiing, and fishing during the summer months, spending quality time with his family on the Boundary Waters in northern Minnesota. He prides himself on being the ultimate summer and weekend grill master.
