Jess Balestrieri is a Project Manager/Estimator at Balestrieri. Having grown up in the family business, Jess initially took on administrative roles, including marketing, accounting, and social media. Her early exposure to the industry, coupled with her education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, laid a strong foundation for her career. After college, Jess worked in the boating industry, managing multiple stores in Wisconsin and Illinois. This experience allowed her to build valuable connections and gain extensive knowledge before returning to the family business. In her current role, Jess handles project design and estimation, ensuring accurate project plans and cost evaluations. She has completed AGC Leadership Training and holds certifications as an Asbestos Supervisor, Inspector, and Project Designer, with licenses in Illinois and Wisconsin. These qualifications enhance her ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Away from her professional duties, Jess enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including waterskiing, hunting, and snowmobiling. She and her father are also pursuing their private pilot’s licenses, which has been a thrilling and enriching experience. Jess looks forward to the new adventures and growth opportunities that lie ahead.
