Beckett Runge is the Operations Manager at Balestrieri. In addition to handling accounting responsibilities, Beckett manages scheduling and renewing all employee licensing to ensure that team members are fully equipped to perform their jobs and support their families. Recently, Beckett has also taken on the role of Property Services Coordinator, working alongside the Tenants and Property Services Manager, Todd Hardesty, to provide seamless support for tenants and property management tasks.

With a background in healthcare, Beckett initially faced a learning curve when transitioning to the construction industry. However, it quickly became clear how integral each role is within the company. Beckett plays a key role in facilitating smooth client interactions by ensuring they are connected to the appropriate Project Manager based on their needs. This approach not only streamlines client communications but also maintains project continuity, even when team members are out of the office.

Family is a core value for Beckett, which aligns closely with Balestrieri’s own commitment to supporting both employees and their families. Outside of work, Beckett enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cherishing moments such as walks, four-wheeler rides, and park visits, all while fueled by a love of coffee.
