Lauren VenHousen recently joined the Balestrieri team as an Inside Project Manager. Although she is new to the industry, Lauren brings years of experience in retail, customer service, and sales. In her role, she is responsible for coordinating project details, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the team. Lauren has quickly become adept at understanding the intricacies of various projects and enjoys seeing how each component contributes to the overall success of a build. Her competitive nature and curiosity drive her to master new challenges, making her days both dynamic and engaging.

Outside of work, Lauren and her husband live with their two dogs and savor the simple pleasures of life, including good company, pleasant weather, and delicious food.
