Richard Heyer is a Senior Project Manager/Estimator at Balestrieri. He is motivated by the diverse range of services the company offers, finding great satisfaction in managing projects with varying scopes, locations, and challenges. Richard specializes in healthcare projects, leveraging his experience to handle the sensitive nature of these environments and manage projects effectively within compressed schedules. Richard holds several certifications and licenses, including Asbestos Supervisor, Inspector, and Project Designer, with credentials in both Illinois and Wisconsin. Richard is also an active board member of the Wisconsin Asbestos Committee (WAC) and a member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Greater Milwaukee Association.

Outside of his role at Balestrieri, Richard values family time and enjoys exploring Wisconsin with his wife, son, daughter, and stepdaughter. He also spends time helping on the family farm, fishing, and tackling home improvement projects. As a born-and-raised farm boy, Richard takes pride in his knowledge of dad jokes, puns, and fine Wisconsin cheeses.
