Safety First! This month Balestrieri is highlighting their new safety program, we call this the “Target Zero Safety Incentive Program.”

Most accidents are preventable by taking simple steps each day to ensure safe work practices.

This is a new awards program to keep our guys on track with incentives along the way.  Each month our safety team will put our men into a $100 gift card if they have zero points for that month. AND if they have zero points (no safety issues) by the end of the year, we will be drawing a lucky winner for the final prize of a $1,200 cash!

We are looking to work together and hold each other accountable for safe jobsites.
