In early 2015, planning for Milwaukee’s newest addition to the skyline began for the 833 East building. The inviting 18 story high-rise offers a panoramic view of Lake Michigan and downtown Milwaukee. The Class A multi-tenant office space is a great addition to the city and waterfront skyline.

Before the project could begin, Balestrieri was brought in to remove asbestos containing materials from the pre-existing structure that stood in the spot of the proposed building. Finishing in a timely and efficient manner, our skillful team propelled the project and helped to create the elegant high-rise.
